Rythmos Website

The Rythmos website is the digital hub for the Rythmos nightlife brand, designed to make discovering and attending events simple. Users can browse upcoming schedules, purchase tickets or tables, and RSVP directly online. Playlists and a gallery of photos and short videos give visitors a taste of the Rythmos experience before they attend, while a streamlined contact page ensures quick access to reservations, table service, and inquiries.

Goals & Objectives

Goals:

  • Create an engaging digital presence that reflects the Rythmos nightlife experience.

  • Increase ticket sales and drive RSVPs for upcoming events.


  • Build brand awareness among the international student and young professional community.

  • Promote events through a visually engaging schedule and gallery.


  • Provide a seamless way to purchase tickets, tables, and reservations online.


  • Make it easy for users to get in touch through a dedicated contact section.

Research

The target audience for Rythmos is 21 to 30 year olds from European countries studying or working abroad. I studied competitor nightlife and event websites to understand best practices in event promotion, ticketing, and branding. I also analyzed how similar platforms present event schedules, music previews, and photo galleries to attract users. This research helped identify how to design the website to meet the audience’s needs, making it easy to preview events and secure tickets or reservations online.

Design Process

I started by defining core personas and user needs, focusing on discovering events, purchasing tickets, and experiencing the Rythmos brand. A moodboard helped establish the nightlife aesthetic with dark tones, dynamic visuals, and cultural elements like the “evil eye.”
I sketched variations for key pages and created low-fidelity prototypes to test structure and flow. Once validated, I developed high-fidelity prototypes for Home, Events, Gallery, and Contact pages. The design prioritized easy ticketing and reservations while showcasing photos and short videos to give users a taste of the Rythmos experience.

Results

The redesigned Rythmos website successfully simplified the user experience, making it easier for visitors to discover events, purchase tickets, and RSVP. Key pages—Home, Events, Gallery, and Contact—now provide a clear flow and intuitive navigation, helping users preview the music and atmosphere before attending. The gallery and playlists give visitors a tangible taste of the Rythmos experience, increasing engagement and excitement. Overall, the redesign strengthened the brand’s digital presence and created a seamless, user-focused platform that supports ticket sales and event promotion.
